The implementation of the project (phase-I) was started through the agreement made on 17th August 2015 between KalaCORE representative, Mott MacDonald Limited (MML) of Mott MacDonald House, 8-10 Sydenham Road, Croydon, CR0 2EE, United Kingdom and International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research (icddr,b) of Mohakhali, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Following successful completion of the Phase-I, KalaCORE (KC) has started to implement phase II to sustain the achievements and integration of achievements into the NKEP on 1st September 2017.
Prof. John Clemens, Executive Director, icddr,b signed the agreement, and Dr. Dinesh Mondal, Sr. Scientist, Nutrition and Clinical Sciences Division (NCSD), icddr,b was assigned as the Project Director of the Project.
